That’s a very good question. The only statistics I have been able to find about knife sales are from the American Knife and Tool Institute in this report: http://www.akti.org/file_download/12 And even that is a few years out of date. I’m sure each individual company has the numbers on their yearly sales, but they are probably kept internal.
